Straight to desk in Faro airport - lady scanned my bar code and directed me to the coach which was waiting, and after just 5 mins off we went. No problems. Clean and polite driver, nice coach, safe driver. Would certainly use again.

"I recently booked your service in Delhi for hotel transfer for a small group. Unfortunately, were delayed by the snow in UK which caused our airline to cancel the flight. I contacted your agent in Delhi responsible for this voucher. Without any problems they changed the transfer date and provided the same excellent service I have experienced with your Delhi personnel in the past. In a day of great stress, as I was in a car to Agra when I received the text from BA cancelling our flights with no computer access and no reply from BA in India, dealing with your staff in Delhi was a great pleasure and relief from the stress of the day. Please pass on my thanks to your people in Delhi. I will continue to happily unreservedly recommend Holiday Taxis to friends and colleagues and look forward to working with you again."

"We would like to thank you for your help when we arrived at Palma Airport on 23rd June. Some of our baggage was missing and by the time we got to your desk we had missed our bus. We were told the next bus was not for three hours. We had our two young grandaughters and the lady behind the desk could not have been more helpful. Within 15 minutes she sorted out a taxi to take us to our hotel. We very much appreciate all the help which was given with no fuss. "After waiting for 2 HOURS to get our cases from the carousel in Palma Airport, (my wife, 5yr old granddaughter and myself) as you can imagine, we were really 'fed up'. It couldn't be helped in view of the security following the bomb attack - but even so, it was not a good start to our holiday. As we were so late walking through the airport doors, the holiday rep from Thomson/Skytours directed us to your desk. At your desk, the 'older' lady who dealt with us was extremely pleasant and receptive of our frustration. She did not have a taxi available for us - as we were so late,- but suggested that we go get ourselves a cup of tea nearby and she would come and find us when she could locate that taxi for us. True to her word, she came over and found us at the café and introduced us to a young lady driver who would take us to our hotel. We had a very pleasant ride to Magaluf and the lady driver was most helpful - her driving impeccable."

"Fantastic - that's the only word to describe the service!! Having arrived tired and bleary eyed after a 3.30 am start - it was brilliant to walk into the airport at Malaga to be greeted by a man waving a card on it with our name on - what a difference.
We literally walked straight through the airport and into a car - a process which took minutes rather than the usual fraught hour or so spent trying to find your transfer bus or worse still, sort your car hire!!
The return was even better - with Nigel Mansell at the wheel, we reached the airport in just over 45 minutes!!!!!! Again, the whole process made the departure less stressful with no arguments about where the car was supposed to be left, where we'd meet after depositing car etc.!
The cars were both larges estates - plenty of room, very clean and with drivers who looked well presented and professional.
I altered the time on the return journey and even that worked! All in all an excellent service."

"The service my daughter and I received was excellent. It is often daunting to land in a foreign country only to try to battle your way though onward travel - leaving you stressed before you even get to your destination! Your communications with me were so clear that I knew exactly what I was doing and where to go after arrival at Tenerife Airport. The staff at the desk were excellent and very efficient. We were on our way after about 5 minutes to our hotel. This was great! I previously booked transfers together with holidays but won't be doing this in future down to your wonderful service.
