Holiday Taxis has signed deals to become the exclusive provider for XL.com and Opodo at it bids to double in size by the end of 2008.
Sales and marketing director Russell Parr said strategic partnerships with selected suppliers and retailers would be key to its growth.
It expects to see passengers numbers double from one to two million and revenue double from £9 to £18 million this year.
Parr said other deals were on the cards including two more "major contracts".
"These new deals will kick-start our growth and then we'll sign up more."
"But we also need to add product and exploit more of Europe and North America."
Holiday Taxis is to appoint an international development manager to oversee
sales from outside the UK.
The firm's site has been translated into five languages in addition to English.
