Holiday Taxis grows through acquisition - Scottish Travel Agent News - 16 Jul 2007
Overseas transfer firm Holiday Taxis has bought UK taxi operator Where2Guv for an undisclosed sum.
This is the first acquisition for the company, set up by chief executive Paul Stanyer five years ago, and means that the company will now offer transfers from peoples homes in the UK to the airport, as well as picking them up on arrival in resorts and cities throughout the world.
Where2Guv is the leading provider of taxi transfers in the UK nad has build a significant network of taxi suppliers across the UK and Ireland since started trading four years ago. The site allows direct customers and travel agents to book transfers from fixed locations or from postcode-to-postcode with the ability to calculate prices instantly and then book online.
